For that reason, we do not have the detailed enrollment instructions here on this site since they could help identity thieves. If you need detailed instructions or feel some additional assistance is needed, please contact our office at (559) 621-7080 or E-mail retire@fresno.gov. Retirement staff will contact you to verify your identity and provide you with detailed enrollment instructions. Appointments are also available for in-office instruction. We are here to help.
